About Me
Hi, I’m Lotus Jones, the creator behind Moments by Lotus.I’ve been a storyteller for as long as I can remember. My passion for photography began in my younger years, spending every single weekend doing photoshoots with my friends. Even though we were just using an iPhone back then, it was where I truly learned the craft of capturing people and found my creative calling.That spark grew into a career in digital content, including serving as an Instagram Ambassador in 2020. Over the years, I’ve managed social media, captured weddings, and crafted elevated visuals for brands to build genuine trust and awareness.Whilst filmmaking and video editing have always been a special interest of mine, I’ve recently expanded into professional videography with my Canon R6. I am absolutely loving it, having this medium to create and play with brings everything full circle. For me, it’s about more than just a shot; it’s about finding the "felt" moments in every story I tell.When I’m not behind the lens, I’m finishing up my Psychology degree, which gives me a deeper appreciation for the human connections I get to document. Otherwise, you’ll find me soaking up the sunshine with my husband and daughter, or enjoying a yummy dessert with friends and family.Thank you for being here, supporting my passion project, and trusting me to memorialise what matters most to you.
