About Me
Hi, I’m Lotus and I’m so happy you’re here.
Moments by Lotus grew out of a lifelong passion for creativity, video editing, and visual storytelling, from making silly iPad movies with my siblings as a kid, to working directly with Instagram as an Ambassador in 2020.After capturing my first wedding in 2024 and stepping back briefly to welcome my daughter in 2025, I dove headfirst into building Moments by Lotus. Fast forward to today: I’ve captured double-digit weddings across Gladstone and Central Queensland, and I love this work more with every single aisle walk.

Do you travel outside of Gladstone?
I love capturing love stories wherever you are. Travel starts from $50 per hour and is quoted individually.What if it rains on our day?
Do not worry, I have this covered. Your photographer, team, and I will work together to ensure all the magic is captured.How does payment work?
I take a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your big day.Do we need to sign a contract?
Yes, please. This ensures we are on the same page and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions.How long are our moments stored?
I store all wedding galleries for three months. Please ensure all your memories are downloaded and backed up within this time frame.How do we download our files?
I recommend downloading onto a computer for ease and efficiency. You can download onto your phone, but please be patient; these are 4K high-resolution files and may take some time.Are you inclusive of all couples?
Of course! I am for everyone. Inclusivity, allyship, and creating a safe and comfortable space are my top priorities for my clients.How many videos or photos can I expect in my content gallery?
I do not guarantee a specific amount of raw photos and videos, but I generally deliver a minimum of 50 to 100 per hour. I prefer to under-promise and over-deliver.Can we request specific songs for our reels or film?
I am always happy to accommodate requests, but I must adhere to copyright requirements. Usually, I will deliver your videos with no audio or with license-free audio, and you can then add whatever music you like.What if we want to add more hours on the day?
Additional coverage starts $100 per hour. Let us work it out together; it is your special day.
